
Garvin, Kerri
Kerri Garvin is a Senior Project Manager for HNTB, working in Intelligent Mobility Solutions. She currently works with the Project Management Team and the Indiana Department of Transportation on Indiana’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan, implementing DC Fast Charging projects across the state. Kerri has been a leader in the field of sustainability and alternative fuel transportation, previously serving as the Executive Director of Greater Indiana Clean Cities, advancing communities with education, funding, and resources on alternative fuel vehicles. She has been a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, sharing information about alternative fuel transportation options, programs, and resources. Kerri is known as a trusted partner and advisor to governments, universities, equipment manufacturers, fuel providers, and other key stakeholders expanding alternative fuel transportation and infrastructure. In previous positions, Kerri developed materials and plans for electric vehicle programs as the electric transportation program coordinator at Indiana Michigan Power (AEP) and served the City of Fort Wayne for over eight years in various roles, with her final position as Program Manager for energy and sustainability. Kerri is credentialed as an Envision Sustainability Professional under the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure, specializing in sustainable and resilient infrastructure subject matter. She holds a master’s in public affairs with a concentration on Public Management and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Fort Wayne. In 2021, Kerri was selected by her peers to serve on the Green Truck Association, serving in various officer roles leading to this year’s Chair. Her service to the GTA and NTEA committees, such as Education, has shown her dedication to the Trucking industry and its future.
