Title: Special Session: Ethics & Leadership: Indiana LTAP Fleet Educational Program

Description:

This session equips local agency leaders with essential tools to navigate ethics in public service. Participants will explore foundational ethical concepts, the importance of public trust and practical strategies for ethical decision-making. Real-world case studies will help leaders identify and resolve ethical dilemmas while fostering an ethical organizational culture. The session will also focus on leadership development, enhancing communication, conflict resolution and decision-making skills. By the end, participants will be prepared to lead with integrity, build trust, and inspire ethical behavior within their teams and organizations.
